2016 is 3rd time for Restomart joining the-annual program of SIAL Interfood, events held on 9th– 12th November 2016, restomart booth is in Hall D Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran bringing theme Baking Solution. The reason behind the selection of theme Baking Solution is aim to introduce one of best products from NAYATI that focusing on baking solution like deck ovens, bakery electric oven, donut fryer, etc. The visitors were very enthusiastic with Restomart booth, it is seen from the many local and foreign visitors who come and talk to the Restomart marketing team asking about bakomatic product, how the product work, benefit from that product and share about tips for their baking problem.
One of the SIAL Interfood events that took a lot of attention from visitors is La Cuisine Cooking Class, where Restomart fully supported by providing Nayati professional cooking equipment. The visitors were excited to see a list of Indonesian famous Chef who appeared in the cooking demo as Chef Juna, Chef Henry Bloem, Sisca Chef, Chef Degan, Chef Haryo Pramoe, etc. Chef Asti from Restomart that active in the Gourmet House Cooking Club in Jakarta also got the chance to perform with bringing menus that being hype in the café like Avocado Bruschetta n cheese, Pesto Pasta Salad, Onion Flower Bloom with Avocado Salsa.
Restomart as the company which has the vision to give total solution for culinary community also support the Jakarta Culinary Challenge, parallel activities of SIAL Interfood in collaboration with ICA (Indonesian Chef Association). This activity is a competition which is followed by the junior and professional chef, some kind of a competition held such as vegetables carving, live cooking up artistic display. The objective of the Jakarta Culinary Challenge is to improve mentality and character from the contestants to be ready to face the global challenges.
