General Conditions :

  1. Nayati Indonesia warrants all products leaving the factory in good condition, free from any defects, and conform to its Specifications.
  2. Nayati does not cover any damage caused by moving equipment from one location to another. When relocating equipment, the dealer has to make sure that all equipment is carefully packaged to ensure that no damage occurs.
  3. The warranty is valid for 24 months after the date of invoice unless specified by Nayati with written confirmation.
  4. Any complaints concerning to packing, quantity, or appearance of the product (apparent defect) must be notified by email to Nayati within 8 (eight) days from receipt of the products. Any claims relating to defects cannot be detected by careful inspection upon receipt (hidden defects) must be notified to Nayati within 8 (eight) days from date of discovery of the defect and in any case not later than 1 (one) year from date of the invoice. Failing of such notification, the customer’s right to claim the above defects will be forfeited.
  5. The complaint must be specified precisely the defect and the product to which it relates and must include the serial number, description of the problem, photograph/video.
  6. The warranty shall be subject to verification by Nayati, which may annul all or some of the warranty cover and issue an invoice for an amount equal to the list price of material and surcharge for handling cost.
  7. Nayati shall not be liable in respect of any defect in the products arising from any design and specification supplied by the customer.
  8. Nayati shall be relieved of the obligation to provide a warranty or a repairs service in case of payments delays or even partial insolvencies of the customers.
  9. Nayati shall not be liable for warranty for products that have not been installed in accordance with the guidance published in manual instruction. The buyer acknowledges being aware of the contents of manual instruction.
  10.  The warranty will be forfeited due to the following events: Positioning, installation, commissioning, use, and servicing in contravention of Nayati instruction or not specifically recommended or not compliant to the regulations in the country of installation.
  11. Adjustments, repairs, modifications, etc. carried out without the approval of Nayati or its recommendations or any procedures not carried out by the qualified technical staff of Nayati.
  12. Using non-genuine spare parts and consumable items not supplied or accepted as equivalent by Nayati, regardless of whether or not the defect can be traced to such use.
  13. Except in case of fraud or negligence of Nayati, Nayati’s only obligation in case of defects, lack of quality or non-conformity of the products will be the above said replacing of the defective parts. It is agreed that the stated warranty (obligation to replace) is in lieu of any other legal warranty which may anyhow arise out in relation with the product supplied by Nayati.
  14. Nayati is not responsible for any indirect damage or direct damage caused to the appliance or its parts as a result of failure to comply with the installation instructions or the incorrect or inadequate project, size, or construction of the layout. Examples: insufficient or inadequate draft or flow-rate of existing flues to which extraction systems are connected; defects in the systems which deliver and supply energy of any kind; all other system characteristics not to the manufacturer’s specifications (for example, gas with unsuitable composition, pressure, and temperature; electricity supply with abnormal or uneven voltage, intensity, and power factor correction; hard water or aggressive water); damage and malfunctions deriving from overvoltage, electromagnetic interference, limestone deposits in the appliance, or incorrect positioning of appliances.
  15. This general warranty shall in all respects be construed and interpreted in accordance with Indonesian law.
