Nayati GFE 40 RS : 23 Liter High-Efficiency Gas Fryer

The Nayati GFE 40 RS is a free-standing gas fryer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring consistent thermal recovery and oil longevity. Engineered with a 23-liter oil capacity, this unit utilizes four internal tubular burners to deliver a total heat input of 21 kW.

The unit features a dedicated cold zone beneath the tank baffle that captures food particles, preventing carbonization and prolonging the usable life of the frying medium. Construction includes a 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel tank and an AISI 430 external housing, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning.

Yes, but you must follow the "Melting" procedure to prevent fire. Do not melt solid blocks directly on top of burner tubes. Cut shortening into 1-inch cubes and pack them below and between tubes. Set the thermostat to 65°C and cycle the burners (4 seconds ON, 30 seconds OFF) until melted
