Nayati equipment provided a flexible working environment with modular equipment executed to present four cooking suites. Each suite has no eye line interruption with services intelligently housed within risers supporting the rise and fall halogen energy saving grills. Presenting a mix of cooking technology the suites combine dual fuel oven ranges for delegates and induction for the trainers.
All adjoining fabrication to the cooking suites were manufactured by Nayati providing consistency of finish, edge detail and eye line. Perimeter preparation is seamless fabrication offering students access to refrigeration store, sink units with under storage thus removing all wall shelves to improve the overall finish and execution of the project.
