Sirha 2017, the rising world-hospitality and foodservice event, in January 21-25th 2017 in Lyon, France, proves to be a strategic decision to start the year of 2017 for Nayati. The 5-day event presented 3,045 international exhibitors and brands along with turnkey competition like 30th Bocuse d’Or in a prestigious and luxurious setting. The exhibition also shows considerable 15% increase of visitors compared to the preceding Sirha in 2015.

The new Pasta Station was displayed to present live cooking in front of our customer. Configured with 3.5 kW wok induction, the pasta station obliviates the need of having a bain marie to keep the condiment warm because the almost-instant heating time of induction cooking. Our core product lines of deep-fat fryer and dishwasher were also displayed along with 3-meter electric cooking suite. Nayati Oriental Cooking receives a solid positive feedback from our existing and new customers, especially in our new concept of Mobile Teppanyaki.

Our goal is to participate in more events like this in the future, where we can display our core competent and profound know-how while pursuing market potential. A huge and exciting market potential in Europe encourages us to constantly evolve and aspire to the latest innovations in professional kitchen equipment industry.
